Her clinical career has been dedicated to the care of patients requiring nutrition support, first as a Critical Care dietitian at University Hospitals of Cleveland then joining the Nutrition Support Team at the Cleveland Clinic. She is the author or co-author of several articles and book chapters, co-editor of Cleveland Clinic’s Nutrition Support Team hand book, and has given numerous presentations on today’s topic, Nutrition-focused physical exam. Cindy has served in a multitude of roles for the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, the Ohio Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and currently serves as the Chair for the dietetic practice group, Dietitians in Nutrition Support. |
